The roller 20 is composed of roller shaft 21 fixed between bearing members 18, 19 and between the bearing member 18 and a side frame 4 and a roller main body 22 attached to the roller shaft 21. The rotational direction of one side of the roller 20 based on the transfer direction of the can is made to be switchable between the same direction and opposite direction of the rotation of the other side of the roller 20.
