Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an interlaced blended yarn comprising two kinds of mutually interlaced multi-filaments and having mild gloss, good bulkiness and soft touch without being subjected to a post-processing treatment by interlacing two kinds of specific polyamide multi-filaments. CONSTITUTION: (A) A polyamide multi-filament (preferably γ-crystal nylon 6, etc.), 1 spun at a speed of >=4,000 m/min and (B) a polyamide multi-filament (preferably α-crystal nylon 6, etc.), 2 spun at a speed of <1,500 m/min, drawn in drawing zones 5, 6, 7 and subsequently thermally set using a plate heater 9 are interlaced with each other with an interlacing treatment device 10 to obtain the interlaced blended fiber yarn 13 comprising the mutually interlaced components A and B. Therein, the component A has an initial tensile stress of >=0.5 g/d, and the component B has also an initial tensile stress of >=3.0 times that of the component A. The hot water shrinkage of the component B is >=2.0 times that of the component A.
