At this time, the control circuit 3 usually outputs a control output to a control sequence 4 when a control input is normal. The output of the DC/DC converter 2 is inputted to a battery voltage detection circuit 5 so as to detect whether or not the supply voltage is not less than the specified value. When the supply voltage is the specified value or less, the detection signal indicating the abnormality is inputted to an engine stop timing generation circuit 6, while the supply voltage operates an engine stop circuit 7. Therefore, when the supply voltage of the battery 1 becomes low, an engine is usually stopped quickly so as to prevent run away and the like of the engine.
