Claims (1)
段と、該可変形負荷手段によつて被試験体表面に
押し付けられる圧子と、該圧子の変位量を検出す
る圧子変位量検出手段とを有する硬度計の変位校
正機構であつて、電流量により前記圧子変位量を
制御する手段と、該電流量に対応して定まる圧子
の予測変位量を演算する手段と、得られた予測変
位量と前記検出手段による変位測定値を比較、表
示する手段を備えてなることを特徴とする硬度計
