Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep the oscillation over a long period by operating a 1st oscillation circuit having a high threshold voltage and low power consumption when a solar battery generates power and activating a 2nd oscillation circuit with a low threshold voltage when no power is generated. CONSTITUTION:When an output voltage of a circuit comprising the solar battery 5 and a capacitor 6 is high, the 1st oscillation circuit 10 having a high threshold voltage and low power consumption and a 1st frequency division circuit 11 are operated. When a control section 3 detects it that the output voltage of the circuit comprising the battery 5 and the capacitor 6 is close to the threshold voltage of the circuit 10 due to the power stop, the control section 3 outputs an H signal to an inverting terminal. A MOSFET is inverted by the H signal, the voltage across the capacitor 6 is given to a doubler/halver circuit 9 and the circuit 9 gives a half voltage to the 2nd oscillation circuit 17 having a low threshold voltage and a 2nd frequency division circuit 13, resulting that the circuit 12 is oscillated. Thus, even when power from the solar battery does not exist, the oscillation is kept over a long period.
