Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent adverse effect at short-circuit between a signal line and a car body by connecting the earth side (negative wiring) of a power supply to the car body via a high frequency coupling means blocking the passing of current at a prescribed frequency or below. CONSTITUTION:The car body 28 is not utilized but +, - exclusive lines 17, 18 are provided and the negative terminal of the battery 21 is connected to ground with respect to the car body through a capacitor 26 and a resistor 27 connected in series. The capacitor 26 forms a high frequency coupling means to cut off the passing of current having a frequency smaller than a prescribed frequency fc. The frequency fs decided at a prescribed period for signal sequential transmission in the multiplex transmission system is sufficiently larger than the fc. Even when the + wiring 22 is short-circuited to the car body 28, the car body is floated in terms of DC and normal power supply is given to a multiplex terminal 15 or the like and normal multiplex transmission is implemented. Moreover, in case of short-circuit, the charging current of the capacitor is limited by the resistor 27 to prevent power fuse from being blown. The noise over the fc is shielded by the shield effect of time car body 28 and no effect is exerted on the multiplex transmission.
