空間５に突出する回転軸２下端部の半径方向に流
出口６を１又は２以上開口する洗剤流通路７を貫
設すると共に、基体３に固定した洗剤供給管８の
下端部外周と回転軸２の流入口４部内周とをベア
リング９を介して重合せしめることにより洗剤供
給管８の管路と洗剤流通路７を連通したことを特
