Description
図面は、本考案に係る車両用ワイパの払拭範囲
切換え装置の実施例を示すものであつて、第１図
はワイパの全体概略斜視図、第２図は連結部の縦
断面図、第３図は同上水平断面図、第４図は要部
斜視図、第５図および第６図は切換え作動状態を
示す作用説明図、第７図はワイパの運動軌跡を示
す作用説明図、第８図は第二実施例を示す要部斜
視図である。 図中、１はワイパブレード、３はワイパモータ
、６はクランクアーム、７は連結部、８はリンク
ロツド、１２は偏芯ボール、１３はピン軸、１５
はジヨイントケース、１６は係合スライダ、１８
は切換えスライダ、１９ａは接当ピン、２０はカ
ム体、２０ａは第１カム面、２０ｂは第２カム面
である。
切換え装置の実施例を示すものであつて、第１図
はワイパの全体概略斜視図、第２図は連結部の縦
断面図、第３図は同上水平断面図、第４図は要部
斜視図、第５図および第６図は切換え作動状態を
示す作用説明図、第７図はワイパの運動軌跡を示
す作用説明図、第８図は第二実施例を示す要部斜
視図である。 図中、１はワイパブレード、３はワイパモータ
、６はクランクアーム、７は連結部、８はリンク
ロツド、１２は偏芯ボール、１３はピン軸、１５
はジヨイントケース、１６は係合スライダ、１８
は切換えスライダ、１９ａは接当ピン、２０はカ
ム体、２０ａは第１カム面、２０ｂは第２カム面
である。
Claims (1)
- モータ駆動で回動するクランクアームの先端部
に突設のピン軸と、該ピン軸に回動自在に枢支さ
れ、かつその枢支軸とは偏芯した円弧状のガイド
面が形成された偏芯ボールと、先端部をワイパア
ーム側に連繋せしめたリンクロツドの基端部に設
けられ、かつ前記偏芯ボールのガイド面に回動自
在に外嵌せしめたジヨイントケースと、ピン軸も
しくはジヨイントケースに択一的に選択係合する
よう偏芯ボールに移動自在に設けた係合体とを用
いて構成される車両用ワイパの払拭範囲切換え手
段に、さらに前記係合体から延長され先端部がジ
ヨイントケースから出入自在に突出する切換え体
と、該切換え体の先端部に一体的に設けられたカ
ム体と、このカム体に対設され、前記係合体の択
一的な選択係合を行わしめるべく操作具操作でカ
ム体に対し位置を変えて接当する切換え操作手段
とを設けたことを特徴とする車両用ワイパの払拭
範囲切換え装置。
