Wash the small fish to remove scales, slime, etc., spread them evenly on a bamboo steamer, assemble the ten or so steamers 3 on the assembly stand as shown in Figure 2, and boil them once in a boiling pot. Then, the boiled material is spread out again one by one and dried in the sun.
Transfer to drying duct and dry.

欠点があつた。 Figure 2 shows the process of manually leveling small fish on a bamboo steamer. First, a steamer 3 is placed on the soroban chute 4, and small fish from a fish tank are scooped up with a net and supplied in a required amount onto the steamer 3. Hold this bamboo steamer 3 in your hand and move it up and down several times while tilting it up and down and diagonally using the water surface of the cleaning tank as a boundary to even out the small fish. This work involves cleaning and leveling the small fish uniformly, but it requires considerable skill to level the small fish uniformly and without spots, and it is usually done by two people facing each other. The drawback was that it required a lot of labor and time.

U and 12D are installed in a double slanted manner, and small fish pass through the upper grid 12U, slide on the lower grid 12D, and fall onto the net conveyor 11. Large fish do not pass through the upper grid and are removed to the upper grid 12U. The fish sensor 16 controls the operation of the fish pump 9. The fish sensor 16 is connected to the net conveyor 1
When the amount of small fish above 1 falls below a predetermined value, a signal to operate the fish pump 9 is issued, and when the amount of small fish exceeds the predetermined value, a stop signal is issued to the fish pump 9.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, the conveyor 8 has a wide shape in which its dimension in the width direction (vertical direction in FIG. 4) is larger than in the direction of movement of the conveyor 8 (lateral direction in FIG. 4). It is opened downward.

も可能である。 The water supply means 7 supplies dispersion water to the supply duct 6, loosens the small fish supplied in a lump, sends the small fish to the supply port 20 while uniformly distributing the small fish in the expanding duct part 19, and The purpose is to cause the particles to fall smoothly and uniformly onto the steamer 17 and to distribute them uniformly on the steamer 17. Therefore, the most preferable position for the water supply means 7 to supply water to the supply duct 6 is near the hopper 18 of the supply duct 6 and on the opposite side of the expanding duct section 19, as shown in FIG. However, although not shown, the water supply means can also supply dispersed water from the expanding duct part of the supply duct to the preceding process or near the delivery part of the net conveyor that is the fish feeder.

operation will be stopped. Even after the net conveyor 11 of the fish feeder stops operating, the small fish in the supply duct 6 are sent onto the steamer 3. That is,
There is a time delay between the operation of the net conveyor 11 and the feeding of small fish from the fish feeder 5. This time delay is corrected by the mounting position of the steamer sensor 26. To be more precise, the steamer sensor 26 is connected to the supply port 20
It is located at a position shifted to the left in FIG.

It is necessary to match the timing of the time when the water reaches the supply port 20. Therefore, the timing of stopping the net conveyor 11 must be determined before the steamer 17 passes through the supply port 20.

開ダクト部19を小魚がスムーズに流れない。 It is preferable that the amount of water dispersed in the expanding duct portion 19 is larger than the amount of small fish to be supplied. According to the inventor's experiments, filling a 1 m square steamer with approximately 3 kg of sardines requires several hundred per minute to 1 m 3 per minute, and the water pump requires a diagonal flow or axial flow pump with a diameter of 80 to 100 mm. A low-head, high-flow pump such as the above was suitable, and the feed rate of the steamer was 30 pieces/minute, and the ratio of 30 pieces x 3 kg = 90 kg of sardines to 500 to 1000 pieces of water. The weight ratio of dispersed water to small fish was 18 to 9%. If the flow rate of the dispersed water is small, the water surface level in the supply duct 6 will drop, and small fish will not flow smoothly through the expansion duct section 19.

This can also be done by adjusting the running speed of the rope conveyor as a variable speed, and the amount of small fish to be filled in one bamboo steamer can be adjusted depending on the size of the fish and the type of fish.

The scales can be removed by blowing up a water stream from the bottom to the top with a cleaning nozzle 30 that matches the width of the steamer. As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning nozzle 30 is preferably inclined in a direction midway between the traveling direction of the steamer 3 and the vertical direction. This is because vertically upwards, the last small fish in the bamboo steamer may spill in the opposite direction of the steamer's progress.

したものである。[Effect] In the present invention, a supply means for mixing water and small fish and supplying small fish intermittently at a uniform speed is disposed above the conveyor, and a flexible wire such as a rope is placed below the supply means. A plurality of conveyors are connected in an endless ring shape and extend horizontally, and a steamer with a porous net material stretched inside the frame is placed on this conveyor.
When the steamer is moving from one end of the conveyor to the other end, a signal from a detection sensor detects the approach of the steamer, and the small fish are evenly supplied from the supply port onto the steamer by the supply means along with water to evenly level the fish. It is configured to do so.

In addition, it is perfectly leveled in the plane direction without scattering on the steamer, and is supplied in a uniform layer thickness. To explain the above action in more detail, a large amount of water and small fish are fed through the supply port, which is wider in the direction perpendicular to the direction of conveyor movement, that is, in the horizontal direction, than in the vertical direction. When water is supplied, small fish are momentarily suspended in the water by a large amount of water on top of the steamer, and the water flows down through the openings of the porous mesh material of the steamer, but the small fish are suspended by the small fish. Water does not flow into the previously closed opening, but instead moves towards the unblocked opening, and along with the water, small fish move towards that opening and block it. Therefore, small fish are carried along with the water from the thicker layer to the thinner layer,
The thickness of the layer of small fish on the steamer becomes uniform (similar to the principle of paper making). As the steamer moves by the conveyor, it is fed from one end of the steamer through a wide supply port in a wide, linear manner in the width direction, and is supplied as a surface in the direction of travel of the conveyor as well as the direction of travel of the steamer.

The small fish on the steamer are then thoroughly cleaned and arranged evenly on the steamer.

Water permeates uniformly throughout the porous net material, and uneven distribution of small fish caused by uneven water permeation can be minimized.
This is because, as mentioned earlier, the device of the present invention allows water to pass through the part of the bamboo steamer that is not blocked by small fish, thereby allowing water to pass through the part of the bamboo steamer that is not blocked by small fish. Small fish are carried to areas with few fish and distributed evenly, but even though there are no small fish, if the bottom of the netting material or the conveyor is blocked and the amount of permeation water decreases, small fish will be present in these areas. Small fish are not transported sufficiently and are distributed unevenly, but the wire rod has a small contact area with the bottom surface of the net material, which reduces the area where small fish are supplied and reduces the uneven distribution area of small fish. Features can be realized.
