CONSTITUTION:A RAM address circuit 4 is controlled so as to specify a block of RAMs 6 by means of the output of a switch input control circuit 3 before sound is input. When the sound whose signals are digitalized is input from a microphone 1, it is input in a block of RAMs 6 selected through an A/D converting circuit 2. Next, after the other blocks of the RAMs 6 are selected, sound data is also input in the other block thereof, the operation is repeated and the sound data are written in the necessary block of the RAMs, the sound data is read out by the output of the circuit 3, and a sequence for reading the RAM 6 is written in a RAM block address memory 5.
