COM has a very high viscosity. Since the mixed gas phase is difficult to remove, it is currently used without separating the gas and liquid. Furthermore, although coal powder is mainly pulverized and sieved using a ball mill or the like, the mesh is relatively small so that only excessive powder can be removed. As COM is a fluid with multiphase components, handling it is extremely difficult, so we are currently at the stage of trying to apply a special flowmeter for the necessary measurements. Improving efficiency is paramount from the perspective of fuel conversion.
Moreover, accurate weighing for these COM transactions is an absolute challenge.

機能は付加されたものはなかつた。 Since a positive displacement flowmeter is currently optimal for measuring high viscosity fluids with high precision, it is possible to apply a positive displacement flowmeter to the measurement of COM. Various countermeasures have been taken for positive displacement flowmeters that are used with COMs, as there are cases where the flowmeters become clogged and stop rotating, or COMs exhibit Bingham-like behavior. However, even if a positive displacement flowmeter is equipped with countermeasures, particles exceeding a certain size cannot be allowed to be included in the particles, so they must be removed.
Second, even when not measuring with a positive displacement flowmeter.
The gas phase contained in COM must be removed.
These problems cannot be solved by the flow meter itself, so it is necessary to use an auxiliary device such as a strainer with excessive functions or a gas-liquid separator with a gas phase separation function. After the gas phase is removed by the device 2, a method may be considered in which the strainer 3 is connected with the piping 1 in order to prevent coarse particles from being mixed in. Conventionally, there have been commercially available automatic clean filters equipped with scrapers to remove coarse particles for the purpose of protecting transfer pumps, etc.; Nothing was added.

ある。 This invention focuses on the fact that when a COM with the above-mentioned characteristics collides with the mesh of a strainer, this kinetic energy is absorbed to combine and float a minute gas phase, and the liquid level caused by the separation of this gas phase is reduced. This strainer has a gas-liquid separation function by adding a function of detecting a change in the liquid level, that is, a drop in the liquid level caused by an increase in the separated gas phase, and discharging it outside the vessel.

The separated gas storage part of the processing tank 4 is formed above the baffle plate 8, and 10 is an exhaust port. 10 can be opened and closed, and the valve opening and closing is controlled using the buoyancy of the float 11. 15 is a motor attached to the upper outer side of the processing tank 4;
The rotating shaft 15a passes vertically through the center of the processing tank 4, and the scraper 16 of the strainer mechanism a is inserted into the overtube body 1.
Along the outside of the filter 7, coarse particles adsorbed to the sieve mesh of the filter can be removed. The over-tube body 17 is a porous structure with a desired sieve size, such as a wire mesh, a punching board, or a multi-stage annular slit between ring elements arranged in multiple stages, etc., with a desired through-hole f. It is not specified in any way.

COM containing particles smaller than the size specified by the size passes through and flows out to the outlet 6. When the COM collides with the oversurface, the gaseous phase contained in the COM is captured by the oversurface, forming bubbles, and the scraper 1
6, when sliding on the surface, the bubbles are focused and float along the scraper 16, pass through the holes of the buff-full plate 8, and are stored in the separated gas storage section 9, and the liquid level decreases, causing the float 11 to descend. However, along with this, the valve 14 is also lowered, the exhaust port 10 is opened, the gas phase is discharged, and the liquid level rises, and the valve 14 closes the exhaust port 10 again. The baffle plate 8 having a porous structure has the function of keeping the liquid level stable by reducing local fluctuations in the liquid level caused by rotationally driving the scraper 16 while floating the separated gas. On the other hand, the coarse particles captured on the upper surface f fall downward due to the scratching action of the scraper 16 and are discharged from the drain port 7.

全に目的を達することができる。 Due to the above actions, coarse particles in the COM are continuously removed, the differential pressure is always kept small, and the gas phase is removed, and even if the liquid level rises, the COM flows out to the outside. You can safely reach your goal without having to do anything.

Here, as a method, the over cylinder 17 is fixed and the scraper 16 is rotated, but the same effect can be achieved even if the scraper 16 is fixed and the over cylinder 17 is rotated.The point is that the over cylinder 17 and the scraper 1
The same effect can be obtained by applying a relative rotational motion between the base plate and the base plate 6 to cause sliding movement.

This is for the purpose of preventing vibrational opening and closing of the valve.

プレート8を必要としない。 Therefore, the liquid level detection method is a capacitive liquid level meter that uses capacitance that changes in proportion to changes in liquid level, or an ultrasonic wave that uses ultrasonic propagation time that is proportional to changes in liquid level. The valve may be opened or closed by detecting it with a liquid level gauge or other method. In this case, if the operating range of opening and closing the valve at a predetermined liquid level is defined, the buff-full plate 8 is not required.

Because
There is no need to provide devices with separate functions as auxiliary devices for the flowmeter, and by functioning as a single unit, there are great economic advantages in terms of installation space and cost.
