- ジヤンクシヨンダウン型のアレイレーザと、該
アレイレーザの各チヤンネルを独立して駆動させ
るための複数の電極端子を有し、イオン注入によ
り内部に前記電極端子間の電流経路を形成したサ
ブマウントを備えてなることを特徴とする半導体
レーザ装置。
