Claims (1)
- 高応答サーボ弁の上流に正流時と逆流時のフイ
ルタエレメント強度を略等しくした正逆流両用型
フイルタを設け、この正逆流両用型フイルタの上
流と下流とをつなぐバイパス路にフイルタエレメ
ント前後の許容差圧力を越える差圧力が発生する
と作動する正流用リリーフ弁と逆流用リリーフ弁
を並設したことを特徴とする高応答サーボ弁用ラ
インフイルタ。
