Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定型１と可動型２とからなり、両型１，２間
に形成されるキヤビテイ３内に成形品Ｍが成形さ
れる射出成形用金型であつて、 前記可動型２内に設けられた空気孔４と、 同空気孔４内に可動型２の移動方向への突出移
動可能に設けられ、前記成形品Ｍの可動型２への
張付け防止を行うピン５と、 同ピン５内に設けられ、大気中に開放可能な空
間部８と、 同空間部８と、前記空気孔４とピン５とで形成
される空気室６とを連通させるための連通孔９と
、 前記空間部８内に設けられ、同空間部８を開閉
する弁１０と、 同弁１０と前記ピン５との間に設けられ、ピン
５が突出した状態でその戻りを規制するよう弁１
０を閉じる付勢部材１１と、 前記ピン５と協働して前記成形品Ｍを押上げる
押上ピン１４と を備えた射出成形用金型。
