うる弾性変形可能の突起体を一体成形し、かつ突
起体における外周面の適所に、前記被カバー体の
係合孔の縁部に係止可能な係止爪を一体的に形成
するとともに、前記突起体の周囲のカバーの適所
に貫通孔を穿設し、該貫通孔の一縁部に、先端部
が前記突起体と同一方向に向かつて斜めに延出し
、かつ弾性撓曲することにより、全体が前記貫通
孔内に嵌合可能な弾性舌片を設けたことを特徴と
