Consequently, alpha-particles 4 applied from a plastic-package, etc. receive repulsion by a demagnetizing field from the second coating means 3, and are reflected before they reach the semiconductor memory circuit 1. Accordingly, structure in which a bit-error resulting from ionizing action with the passage of charged particles is not generated can be shaped, and no redundancy is required for an error correcting circuit for a bit-error counter-measure and memory information, thus easily improving the degree of integration.
