ドライブギヤを有する第１副軸と、同ケース内に
て回転可能に軸支されて前記３つの軸に対して平
行に配置され前記第２ドライブギヤに噛合する高
速段用の第２ドリブンギヤおよび前記各変速ドリ
ブンギヤに噛合する複数の高変速ドライブギヤを
有する第２副軸を備え、前記各変速ドライブギヤ
およびドリブンギヤが構成する各変速ギヤユニツ
トのうち２速以上の各変速ギヤユニツトを前記ケ
ースを構成するミツシヨンケース内に配置すると
ともに、１速および後退ギヤユニツトを前記ミツ
シヨンケースの各端部に組付けられて前記ケース
を構成するクラツチハウジングまたはエクステン
シヨンハウジング内に配置し、かつ前記１速およ
