(Prior Art) Conventionally, in this type of apparatus, a plurality of plate-shaped workpieces are arranged on the same plane and attached to a frame-shaped jig, and the workpieces are immersed together with the jig in a plating bath. However, with conventional products, a plating layer is also formed on the contact area of the power supply terminal connected to each workpiece, so it is necessary to peel off the excess plating on the power supply terminal part from the workpiece after the plating process, which is a time-consuming process. There is a problem that it takes. Moreover, in the conventional jig, it is necessary to separately attach a holder (plate spring) for fixing the workpiece and a power supply terminal to the workpiece, and there is a problem in that the attachment work is also time-consuming.

(Operation) A series of processing is performed by horizontally transporting the work W by the transport mechanism 5 and passing it through the pre-processing tank 1, the plating tank 2, and the post-processing tank 3. In this conveyance work, the upper edge of the workpiece W is clamped using the clamp 22 shown in FIG.
This is done by holding the arm 21 between the arms and moving the arm 21 with the chain 19 in this state. In addition, in the plating tank 2, the power supply plate 26 is connected from the power supply member 23 to the power supply plate 26.
At the same time, power is supplied to the arm 21 from the power supply members 24 and 25 via the brush 27, and from the arm 21 to the member 41 in FIG. 4, the arms 30 and 31,
Power is supplied to the workpiece W via the pin 32. In this power supply operation, power is supplied to the workpiece W.
The pressure welding is performed from the pressure welding part 33 that is in pressure contact with the plating liquid, and since the pressure welding part 33 is located above or approximately at the same position as the level L of the plating liquid, the workpiece W that the pressure welding part 33 comes into pressure contact with is
No plating layer is formed on the parts. The plating liquid in the plating tank 2 tries to flow out from the inlet 53 shown in FIG. Therefore, leakage of plating solution is almost completely prevented. Although the roller 56 is in pressure contact with the workpiece W, the outer skin 62 of the roller 56 is made of rubber, and since the roller 56 rotates in synchronization with the conveyance operation of the workpiece W by the device 5, the roller 56 is in pressure contact with the workpiece W. It will not damage the workpiece W.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, the work W
Clamp 22 on the moving part for transportation (arm 21, etc.)
The upper edge of the workpiece W is clamped by the clamp 22, and the pressure contact part 33 of the clamp 22 that presses against the workpiece W forms a power supply terminal for power supply to the workpiece, so that the power supply terminal mounting part of the workpiece W is plated. is never formed. Therefore, there is no need for extra plating removal work, and the efficiency of plating processing work can be improved. Further, since it is not necessary to separately perform the work of attaching the power supply terminal to the workpiece W and the work of attaching the holder (clamp 22), work efficiency can be improved in this respect as well.
