Claims (1)
- 伝動軸の外周面に突設された多数のスプライン
歯と、歯車のボス内周面に凹設された多数のスプ
ライン溝とを嵌合し、伝動軸には、その中心部を
通る油路と、この油路を伝動軸外周面に連通する
内側油孔とを設け、また歯車には、前記内側油路
を歯車外周面に連通する外側油孔を設けてなる、
伝動軸及び歯車のスプライン結合体において、多
数のスプライン歯のうち伝動軸の周方向に等間隔
を置いて並ぶ少数のスプライン歯を他のスプライ
ン歯よりも周方向幅が大きい幅広スプライン歯と
なし、この幅広スプライン歯の頂面に内側油孔を
、またこの幅広スプライン歯が嵌合するように歯
車に形成された幅広スプライン溝底面に外側油孔
をそれぞれ開口させたことを特徴とする、伝動軸
及び歯車のスプライン結合体。
