Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity by fixing an insert part fed to a standby station by aligning in a fixed direction via feeder and chute after positioning it by fitting to a die by a transfer device. CONSTITUTION:An insert part P is fed to a standby station 4 through a chute 2 by aligning its position by a feeder 1. The part P is fitted to a die 10 by a transfer device 20 and engaged with positioning pins 11a-11d. With the composition like this, the feeding of a member is automatized and also the fitting accuracy can be made highly accurate.
