改良に関する。従来、ベルトプレスは、多数並列
したロール間に、上下一対の無端状の布を走行
自在に掛回わし、その布間に供給された汚泥等
の脱水物を重力により自然脱水しながら、後段に
配設した多数のロールによつて加圧脱水するもの
であり、すなわち、脱水ゾーンが大きく分けて、
脱水物を単に布の上に乗せて、重力によつて、
その水分を分離する重力脱水ゾーンと重力脱水ゾ
ーンで、可能な限り水分を分離した脱水物をロー
ル等によつて強圧して脱水するゾーンとに分れて

を設けたものである。図例のものでは、重力脱水
ゾーンAが脱水物の供給部分と、この供給部分か
ら折返した水平部分とにより構成されており、前
述スクレーパ2は、脱水物供給用のホツパ3内に
設けられている。このスクレーパ2について詳述
すれば、スクレーパ2は第2図および第3図に示
すように、その両端が左右の側板4,4に固定さ
れて配列してあり、左右の側板4,4には取付金
具5が設けてあり、ホツパ3に上下に調節自在に
取付けられている。符号6はその調節用の長孔で
あり、スクレーパ2は、その刃縁が布1に適切
なる圧力および角度で接触するようにしてある。
布に接触する角度は、図例のものでは3度であ
るが、脱水物の濃度によつては、0〜15度位まで
効果があることが確認されている。尚、符号7,
8は、重力脱水ゾーンにおける分離水を受けるた

物が落下する。すなわち、スクレーパ2で再生さ
れた直後の布上に脱水物が反転して落下するの
で、効率のよい脱水をすることができるものであ
る。尚、図例のように脱水物が流動性を有するゾ
ーン(ホツパ3内)にスクレーパ2を設けておけ
ば、スクレーパ2によつて布1の目を詰らせる
