Claims (1)
- 一面に接合部及び分岐線路からなる内導体膜を
、前記一面に対向する裏面に接地導体膜をそれぞ
れ被着したフエリ磁性体基板を用いる基板型サー
キユレータにおいて、前記フエリ磁性体基板の裏
面の前記接合部及び分岐線路に対向する部分には
前記接地導体膜を必ず設け、前記接合部及び分岐
線路に対向する部分以外の前記フエリ磁性体基板
裏面の少なくとも隅又は縁部分を前記接地導体膜
が設けられていない部分としたことを特徴とする
基板型サーキユレータ。
