ーブとの間の一部の空間に第１の流体室が形成さ
れるとともに、上記アウタスリーブの外側に可撓
性部材を装着することにより、上記第１の流体室
と上記アウタスリーブに形成されたオリフイス部
を介して連通する第２の流体室が形成されたこと
