CONSTITUTION:A strut 1 is connected to a shaft so as to be folded and received in the positions of 1<1>-1<3> so that said strut does not disturb in the running of a truck mixer-car. An expansible and shrinkable plate 2 is caused to be capable of expanding and contracting correspondingly to the length of the chute of the truck mixer-car. The receiving vessel 3 of filthy water is a vessel capable of collecting and receiving the water after washing of concrete. A fitting plate 4 is closely stuck to the truck mixer-car and has the screw stop 4' capable of attaching and detaching. One touch valve 5 for discharging the filthy water is provided.
