Abstract

PURPOSE: To give sufficient resistances against abrasion and water to composite layers and make it strongly adhere to wooden products with no requirement of intermediate adhesion layer by letting the composite layers contain respectively specified quantities of cellulose fiber, thermally melting granular solid polymer and binder with respect to weight of the layer. CONSTITUTION: This is a wooden laminated product consisting of base layer of wooden product and at least one kind of composite layer that has combined to it with heat and pressure. The composite layer contains cellulose fiber of 10-50 wt.% with respect to weight of the layer, thermally melting granular solid polymer of 10-89 wt.% and dry mat having binder of 1-80 wt.%. The composite layer that contains cellulose fiber of 10-50 wt.% does not part from the base layer. When quantity of binder is less than 1 wt.%, it is not sufficient to combine solid, thermally melting particles and cellulose fiber. Desirable quantity of the binder is 2-7 wt.%. Quantity of thermallymeltingparticles is usually 40-83% of the composite layer, hopefully 55-83 wt.% being advantageous.
