Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove deposited calcium easily and quickly by providing a heating element embedded in an enclosure, a cavity formed in the enclosure, water injecting/vapor discharging coupling, and water blocking mechanism thereby producing steam in a small evaporation room. CONSTITUTION: A thermostat 15 is applied tightly to the outer surface of an enclosure 2 and a switch is turned on/off every time when the temperature is limited within a set range to control conduction of a heating element 3. A water drop blocking mechanism comprising a metal wire coil 20 is provided in order to evaporate water completely in the cavity 4. When water is supplied to a water injection coupling 7 and injected through an inserter 8, water touches the inner wall of the cavity 4 and evaporated instantaneously to produce steam which is then directed in the direction of a steam discharging coupling 10. Water drop being carried along the cavity 4 is blocked by the water drop blocking mechanism comprising the coil 20 and evaporated. Calcium deposited on the inner wall of the cavity 4 and the coil 20 can be removed and cleaned easily by removing the steam discharging coupling 10 and the coil 20 simultaneously.
