枠として表示する手段と、 該カーソル枠を、カラーモニタ画面内の所望位
置に移動させる手段と、 前記カーソル枠の外周寸法及び内周寸法を、所
望値に設定する手段と、 前記カーソル枠に表示すべき色調を、所望の基
準色に設定する手段と、 前記カーソル枠とカラー画像とを合成して、カ
ラーモニタ画面に表示し、かつ、カーソル枠の領
域では、基準色のカーソル枠信号がカラー画像信
号に優先して表示する手段とより構成したことを
