工部（砥石車）。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロボツトの手首部に取り付けられる基台と、こ
    の基台に所定方向に移動自在に取り付けられると
    共に工具を保持する工具ホルダと、前記基台と工
    具ホルダの間に設けられて前記工具の加工部を工
    作物に向けて所定の力で押し付ける押圧装置を備
    えてなるロボツトへの工具取付装置において、前
    記基台と工具ホルダの間に前記押圧装置と並列に
    配置されて印加される流体圧に応じて前記加工部
    を工作物に向けて押し付ける力を変化させるシリ
    ンダ装置と、水平面に対する前記工具ホルダの傾
    斜角を検出する傾斜角センサと、この傾斜角セン
    サの信号により前記シリンダ装置に供給する流体
    圧を制御する圧力制御装置を備えたことを特徴と
    するロボツトへの工具取付装置。
