下方向一側部にクロスフローフアン５を設けると

４の上下方向他側端に開口部１２をそれぞれ設け
、上記フロントパネル２とリアパネル３の少なく
ともその一方であるフロントパネル２の上部に窓
穴７を設け、この窓穴７の内側に、パネル８ａの
裏面に複数個の熱電素子９を取付け、かつ熱電素
子の反対側の熱を熱交換する放熱フイン１０を設
けた冷暖房用パネル８を、上記パネル８を外方へ
向け、かつ放熱フインがクロスフローフアン５に
よる通風路に位置するようにして取付け、さらに
、この間仕切り板４を、これの開口部１２を天井
１５あるいは床１７の一方に対向させて立設し、
この開口部１２を天井裏あるいは床下の一方にダ
クト１３，１３′等の通路を介して接続したこと
