り無端状ベルトを支持するようにした転写紙搬送
装置において、 一端側に前記駆動ローラを支承した第1ベルト
部と、該第1ベルト部の他端側と連結軸を介して
一端側が回動自在に連結された第2ベルト部と、
該第2ベルト部の他端側に移動可能に支承され、
前記ベルトが巻掛けられる従動ローラと、該従動
ローラをベルトに張力を与える方向へ付勢する加
圧部材と、前記第1ベルト部の他端側と前記第2
ベルト部の一端側とに夫々設けられた位置合せ手
段とを有し、 前記加圧部材により生ずるモーメントが前記無
端状ベルトの転写紙搬送面を感光体に対して遠ざ
ける方向に働くように前記加圧部材の作用線と連
結軸の軸線とをずらして配置すると共に、前記ベ
ルトのうち前記感光体側のベルトの張力によるモ
ーメントが前記加圧部材により生ずるモーメント
と逆向きに働くように連結軸を配置したことを特
