は接着剤、９は検知素子、４１，５１は受光部基
板、４２，５２は光学窓基板、５１１，５２１は
凹溝、をそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外筒１と内筒２と該外筒１に設けられた透過窓
３とにより真空容器を形成し、前記透過窓３に対
向する内筒２の真空容器面に受光部を取着してな
る赤外線検知器において、 前記受光部５を複数の検知素子９を配列してな
る受光基板５１と、該検知素子９に対応し赤外線
の入射角度を規制する窓孔６を形成した光学窓基
板５２とで構成し、 前記受光基板５１と光学窓基板５２をスペーサ
７を介して所定の間隙で軸合せして接着する前記
受光部基板５１と光学窓基板５２との接着部近傍
の対向面に、それぞれ凹溝５１１，５２１を設け
たことを特徴とする赤外線検知器。
