The magnetic force of the operation magnet 1 and the sensitivity of the reed switch 2 are adjusted so that the gap between the operation magnet 1 and the glass plate 14 is 5-10mm when the operation magnet 1 is brought near to the reed switch 2 and the reed switch is turned on. An operation box 6 is filled with polyurethane foam 13 to protect the operation box from external shocks and vibrations.
