Claims (1)
- ヒートシンクとその一面側に配置したフレーム
グランドを結合する絶縁構造であり、ヒートシン
クに設けた取付孔に、この取付孔よりも大径でヒ
ートシンクとフレームグランドの間に所定の間隔
を保つ厚みの鍔を設けて形成した絶縁ブツシング
を一面側から嵌挿し、ヒートシンクの他面側で前
記取付孔の部分に、この取付孔よりも大径の絶縁
部材を重ね、この絶縁部材から絶縁ブツシングを
貫通する締付ねじでフレームグランドを前記絶縁
ブツシングの鍔を挾んでヒートシンクに固定した
ヒートシンクの絶縁構造。
