構成を示した回路図、第２図と第３図及び第４図
と第５図はそれぞれこの考案に係る防排煙装置の
第２、３実施例を平常時モードと火災時モードと
にわけて示した回路図、第６図は従来の防排煙装
置を簡単に示した回路である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 建物の居室１に排煙機５と接続した排煙口
    ３を設置し、避難路２には送風機７と接続した空
    気吹出口６を設置し、居室１の火災時には排煙機
    ５で居室１内に発生した煙の排除を行ない、避難
    路２には送風機７で空気の供給を行なうことを特
    徴とする建物の防排煙装置。 (2) 空調換気装置１０の還気フアン１１、給気
    フアン１７を防排煙用の排煙機及び送風機として
    兼用するものとし、居室１内に火災が発生し煙を
    感知したときは空調換気装置１０の還気系統のう
    ち避難路２側の還気口１３に至るダンパ１５を閉
    じ、空調用還気フアン１１により居室１側の還気
    口１２を通じて排煙を行ない、他方、同じ空調換
    気装置１０の給気系統のうち居室１側の給気口１
    ８に至るダンパ２１は閉じ、空調用給気フアン１
    ７により避難路２に給気口１９を通じて空気を供
    給することを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載した建物の防排煙装置。
