Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable an efficient generation of fine bubbles in cosmetics and food industries by using a vortex generating stirrer blade which is fabricated by fixing a laminated matter made of fibrous and spongy materials to a tip of a rotating shaft with junk rings. CONSTITUTION:A vortex generating stirrer blade 1 is fabricated by fixing a laminated matter made of flocculent, threadlike, clothlike and spongy materials to a tip of a rotating shaft 3 with soldering, welding or junk rings 2. The followings are used as the aforementioned materials or the blade, 1) Flocculent synthetic fibers of such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene, etc. and a natural cotton, 2) Threads of synthetic and natural fibers and a flocculent metal fiber, 3) A cloth of natural fiber, a material knitted with a synthetic fiber into a non-woven fabric and a material knitted with a fine metallic wire, 4) A sponge and a porous and gas permeable material like a sponge. Fine bubbles are efficiently generated by using this vortex generating stirrer blade in cosmetics and food industries.
