鋼板からなる押え部材8が当接され、前記ウエブ
5の長手方向に間隔をおいて配置された多数のボ
ルト9は、ウエブ5,取付フランジ7および押え
部材8に設けられた透孔に挿通され、そのボルト
9の締付力により前記取付フランジ7がウエブ5
に対し水密に固定され、前記1対の分割型矢板1
と各分割型矢板1に連結されたゴム製帯状止水材
2とにより可撓伸縮止水矢板3が構成されてい
