チヤート、第７図はＸ方向及びＹ方向のマスクの
説明図である。第８図は従来のフイルムパターン
の面積測定装置のブロツク図である。 図において、１１，１２，１３はＣＣＤイメー
ジセンサ、１６，１７，１８はゲート回路、１９
，２０，２１はＸ方向マスク回路、２４はＹ方向
マスク回路、２５は面積カウンタである。なお、
図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フイルムからの透過光を受光する少なくとも２
    個のＣＣＤイメージセンサを有し、各ＣＣＤイメ
    ージセンサの受光領域を互いに重複させるように
    配置した受光部と； 各ＣＣＤイメージセンサの出力に接続され、Ｃ
    ＣＤイメージセンサの駆動パルスに同期して所定
    の範囲の出力のみを通過させ、隣接するＣＣＤイ
    メージセンサの受光領域が連続するようにするゲ
    ート回路と； 各ゲート回路の出力についてフイルムの幅方向
    に所定の範囲でマスクをかけるＸ方向マスク回路
    と； Ｘ方向マスク回路の全ての出力についてフイル
    ムの長さ方向に所定の範囲でマスクをかけるＹ方
    向マスク回路と； Ｙ方向マスク回路の出力に基づいてフイルムパ
    ターンの面積を求める面積計と を有することを特徴とするフイルムパターンの面
    積測定装置。
