て、 前記振動板を、少なくとも2回以上折り曲げて
段付状に形成し、 この振動板は折曲位置のうちの圧電素子に最も
近い折曲位置以外の折曲位置で基台に弾性支持さ
れ、 前記基台の外周面に取付けられ、かつ基台の前
方側を部分的に覆うカバー体の前方側周縁部が、
