Claims (1)
- 一つの発振器からの出力を複数の多相のクロツ
クに変換する多相発生回路を備えたクロツク供給
回路において、上記多相発生回路の出力を２ｎ倍
（但しｎは整数）の周期に設定し周波数を変換す
る周波数変換回路を設け、上記多相発生回路から
位相の異なる複数のクロツクを供給し、上記周波
数変換回路から周波数の異なる複数のクロツクを
供給することを特徴とするクロツク供給回路。
