Abstract

PURPOSE: To stop a fan for a vibrato device surely on a prescribed stop position by controlling the drive of a driving circuit based upon a detection result from a fan position detecting means. CONSTITUTION: The vibrato device is provided with the driving circuit for reducing the rotational speed of the fan up to rotational speed capable of immediately stopping rotation by interrupting a current supplied to a driving motor. In the case of stopping the fan, the driving motor is driven by the driving circuit and the fan position detecting circuit generates an output signal in each prescribed rotational angle of the fan. At the time of stopping the fan, a control means controls the driving circuit and the rotational speed of the motor is reduced up to rotational speed slower than rotational speed for vibrato playing and capable of immediately stopping the fan. In a stop stand-by state, the control means controls the driving circuit to stop the motor based upon fan position information corresponding to a prescribed reference position detected by the fan position detecting means.
