[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is designed to prevent the presence of oxygen gas by enclosing it in a sealed package of an article that does not like the presence of oxygen gas, thereby reducing the function of the enclosed oxygen absorber or infiltrating oxygen gas from the outside.
The present invention relates to an oxygen concentration display sheet used to warn of an increase in oxygen gas concentration within a package. Conventionally, in order to extend the shelf life of foods, medicines, etc., methods such as adding antioxidants, vacuum packaging, packaging filled with inert gas, and packaging with oxygen absorbers included have been used.

All of these prevent oxidative deterioration of the contents inside the package, and it is particularly desirable to keep the amount of oxygen gas inside the package as low as possible. The need to detect an increase in oxygen concentration has arisen, and a method of enclosing an oxygen concentration indicator that causes a reversible color change reaction in the low oxygen gas concentration region in the package has been used. A sheet-like display has been proposed in which a color-changing ink printing layer, a transparent overcoat layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a release paper are sequentially laminated using paper as a transparent substrate sheet.
(For example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 55-30605.) However, in the sheet-like display body as described above, in which paper or nonwoven fabric is used as the oxygen gas permeable base sheet, and a color-changing ink printing layer is directly formed on one side of the base sheet, There are problems in that it is difficult to obtain a uniform printed layer thickness even when a relatively large amount of color-changing ink is used, and it is also difficult to sufficiently improve the redox reaction rate depending on the presence or absence of oxygen gas.

The present invention can be used as a sheet-like display body as described above.
A sealing layer made of paper or non-woven fabric as a base sheet and an alkaline filler mixed on one side, a color-changing ink printing layer that changes color due to oxidation and reduction in a low oxygen gas concentration range, a transparent overcoat layer, and a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive. This is an oxygen concentration display sheet made by sequentially laminating an agent layer and a release paper.

In particular, the present invention uses paper or nonwoven fabric with high gas permeability as the base sheet, and after forming a sealing layer containing an alkaline filler on one side, a color-changing ink printing layer is formed. The amount of color-changing ink printed can be reduced to form a uniform coating film, and the redox reaction of the color-changing ink printed layer can be performed quickly and uniformly while maintaining sufficient oxygen gas permeability of the base sheet and sealing layer. Thus, the above-mentioned conventional problems are solved.

When the display sheet of the present invention is used, the release paper is peeled off and the transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is attached to the inner surface of a transparent film packaging bag, after which the contents are contained and sealed. The discoloration state of the discoloration ink printing layer corresponding to the increase/decrease fluctuation in the oxygen gas concentration in the low concentration region of oxygen gas within the bag can be easily recognized from the outside.

The color-changing ink composition that changes color in a low oxygen gas concentration range is prepared by dissolving or dispersing one or more of thiazine, indigoid, thioindigoid dyes, sulfur dyes, etc., reducing sugars, and alkaline substances in a resin solution. Furthermore, if necessary, one containing glycerin may be used.

As explained above, in the oxygen concentration display sheet of the present invention, the display layer that changes color in the low oxygen gas concentration region is formed on one side of paper or nonwoven fabric with high oxygen gas permeability, and is formed on the sealing layer containing an alkaline filler. Since it is formed by printing on the top, a large color changing display surface can be obtained with a small amount of color changing ink,
Moreover, the color change reaction is uniform and sensitive, and
A transparent overcoat layer and a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are provided on the discoloration display surface and are used to adhere to the inner surface of the packaging bag, thereby extremely preventing contamination of the packaged contents with impurities such as foods and medicines. If necessary, it is highly desirable and has excellent practical effects, as it is convenient to store and handle as it is in the form of a laminated sheet, and continuous production is easy using printing and laminating methods. .
