Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 傾斜した丸刃に対向し、かつ側板および底板
を有する傾斜した肉箱の前記側板上側の両端部間
に設けられた案内棒に移動、回動自在に装着され
、前記肉箱内に収納された肉塊を後側から前記丸
刃側に押し出すウエイトを、前記肉塊を前記肉箱
に収納するに際して前記案内棒を軸にして肉箱外
に回転させ、この回転させたウエイトを係止する
ストツパーを有する傾斜形食肉スライサーのウエ
イト係止装置において、前記反丸刃側上方の肉箱
内の所定位置に、前記ウエイトの反丸刃側への移
動は自在で前記丸刃側への移動は抑止する着脱自
在な係止片を設けたことを特徴とする傾斜形食肉
スライサーのウエイト係止装置。 ２ 前記係止片が、前記底板に対して前記丸刃側
の高さｈ１、反丸刃側の高さｈ２の傾斜面を有し
、これらｈ１，ｈ２は前記ウエイト前記底板との
