Abstract

PURPOSE: To selectively dispose elastic stretchable lines by superposing side flaps on each other so as to represent a 1st portion and a 2nd portion and by selectively providing seal lines respectively on the 1st and 2nd portions, so as to form each free end bearing an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: Side flaps 4 are superposed on each other so as to represent a 1st portion 4a and a 2nd portion 4b, and seal lines are then selectively provided respectively on the 1st and 2nd portions, so as to form each free end 4c bearing an elastic member. Even if both the elastic members standing against each other are set in parallel with each other, the free ends 4c are raised or in such a state as to spread them externally, at least a part of each of the free ends 4c is afforded with an elastic stretchable line owing to the elastic member along the corresponding seal line.
