Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the acoustic characteristic at low and high frequency regions by forming a multi-layer film having a specific thickness with a thermoplastic synthetic material having an E-modulus of a specific Mpa and a thickness, a material having a specific mechanical loss factor for a limited temperature range and processed to a specific thickness in a thermoplastic way and a thermoplastic sealing layer. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer film whose thickness is 50-700μm is formed with a film whose thickness is 0.02-0.6mm having an E-modulus of 1000-200,000MPa, a film whose thickness is 0.01-0.3mm having a mechanical loss factor tanδ of 10<-2> -10<1> for a temperature range of -40-+200 deg.C and a thermoplastic sealing layer whose thickness is 0.05-0.1mm having a mechanical loss factor tanδ of 10<-2> -10<2> for the temperature range as above. Thus, low characteristic resonance is obtained for a frequency region of 1000Hz or below and a high response is obtained for a frequency smaller than 10,000Hz in the characteristic of a speaker system.
