Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable smooth rotation of impeller when a cable carrier passes through, by providing the impeller and a wire supporter independently, thereby preventing application of tensile load of wire onto the impeller. CONSTITUTION:A wire supporting wheel 3 is fixed rotatably to a shaft 2 projecting from a supporting frame 1. An impeller 5 is fixed rotatably to same shaft 2 at the outside of the wheel 3. A closing board 13 is provided to a projecting chip 9 fixed to the supporting frame 1 at the upper side of the impeller 5, and the tip portion 13a thereof is brought near to a vane 5a of the impeller 5, thus forming a closed space 18. A wire is passed through the closed space 18. Consequently, the impeller 5 can rotate smoothly when a cable carrier passes through.
