PURPOSE:To prevent over discharge of battery due to connection miss of charger, by producing an alarm if current draining from the battery under normal state of A.C. power source exceeds over a specific level. CONSTITUTION:Current fed from an A.C. power source 1 is converted into D.C. current through chargers 5, 6 and charges a battery 14 while simultaneously fed to a D.C. load 12. When the chargers 5, 6 are removed or when power supply from the A.C. power source 1 is interrupted, power is fed to the D.C. load 12 from the battery 14. An under voltage relay 4 is provided to the A.C. power source 1 while a D.C. relay 16 is provided to the battery 14. If the voltage of the A.C. power source 1 is normal and current draining from the battery 14 exceeds over a specific level, an alarm lamp 26 is lighted.
