Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize a characteristic in a high-frequency region by a method wherein anode foil and cathode foil between which a separator has been laid are wound, a hard core rod is arranged in a central cavity part and a winding end is fixed by using an adhesive tape composed of a UV-transmitting resin film and of a mixture of a photoset resin and a thermoset resin as an adhesive in order to suppress a resonant oscillation. CONSTITUTION:Anode foil 11 and cathode foil 12 between which a separator 13 had been laid are wound; a hard core rod 32 is arranged in a cavity part in the central part of a winding core; a winding end is fixed by using an adhesive tape 33. The adhesive tape 33 is constituted by a UV-transmitting resin film 21 and an adhesive material composed of a photoset resin 22 and a thermoset resin 23. After that, a paste is impregnated; this assembly is housed in a case; an open end is sealed hermetically; a finished product is obtained. Because the UV-transmitting resin film 21 and a mixture of the photoset resin 22 and the thermoset resin 23 as hardeners are used at the winding end, this end can be fixed simply; in addition, because the thermoset resin is hardened by heat during actual use, the winding end is not loosened; the resonance is not caused by an oscillation during actual use because a cavity does not exist.
