Claims (1)
- １つの外囲器に包囲された陽極部と陰極部とか
らなり、両極間に印加された高電圧により陰極部
のフイラメントからの熱電子を加速、集束し、陽
極部のデイスクにその加速、集速電子を射突させ
てＸ線を発生させるＸ線管において、両極間に配
置され、中央に穴を持つた平板からなる第３の電
極を具有し、第３の電極の電位はこの電極を設け
ないで陽極、陰極間に所定の高電圧を印加した場
合のその位置での電位か或いはその電位よりもプ
ラス側の電位に保持されていることを特徴とする
、Ｘ線管。
