Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a continuous operation of a ventilation fan in a living room ventilation device by a method wherein a ventilation fan is operated when an indoor humidity is more than a predetermined value and as it is detected that the indoor humidity is increased through operation, the ventilation fan is stopped. CONSTITUTION:An indoor humidity is detected by a humidity sensor 3 and then inputted to a control part 4. The control part 4 may operate a ventilation fan 2 when a sensed humidity of a humidity sensor 3 is more than a set temperature. If the humidity is decreased, the operation is terminated. However, if the humidity sensor 3 detects that operation of the ventilation fan 2 causes the humidity to be increased, (in case of high humidity of surrounding atmosphere), the ventilation fan 2 is stopped. With this arrangement, it is possible to prevent continuous operation of the ventilation fan.
