  1. ステータケースにマグネツトを配設し、このマ
    グネツトに整流子を有する電機子を対向させ、上
    記整流子に刷子を摺接してなる直流モータにおい
    て、上記刷子のターミナル部を上記ステータケー
    スに取付ける側板と上記マグネツトの一端との間
    に弾性部材を介して挾持固定してなる直流モータ
    の刷子装置。
